This is a vintage Elgin dragon desk clock.
It is a small novelty clock that measures approximately 3 x 2.25 inches. The clock features a gold-toned dragon with a green, scaly body.
The clock face is marked with the brand name "Elgin". I just replaced the battery and the clock is working. Some of the gold tone is showing some wear on the wings, but other than that it looks like it is in great condition.
